We're looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a dynamic IT team. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll be the go-to person for resolving complex IT challenges while helping shape the technology landscape.
Based in Letchworth with the opportunity for hybrid working: 2-3 days per week working from home.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide 1st/2nd/3rd line support across hardware, software, and network issues
Manage and update our ticketing system, maintaining ITIL best practices
Lead and support IT projects from conception to delivery
Configure and deploy new devices, including laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
Drive cyber security awareness and training initiatives across the organisation
Administer Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange, and SharePoint environments
Create and distribute application packages via InTune
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
Provide executive-level support for board meetings and senior leadership
What We're Looking For
3-5 years' proven experience in an IT support role
Strong technical knowledge of Office 365, Windows 11, Microsoft InTune, Active Directory/Azure AD
Experience with MS Defender, SharePoint, Exchange, and mobile technologies (iOS & Android)
Microsoft certifications (or similar) would be advantageous
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
Self-motivated with strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail
A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
