Content Creator/ Photographer (Part-Time)
We are looking for a talented, hands-on individual to join our team. This role requires on-site photography and videography as well as office based for editing and managing social accounts. This role requires working-hour flexibility and creative skills.
The successful candidate will travel with our installation team to project sites, taking the lead on capturing high-quality content during installations, producing exceptional marketing content for our website and social media platforms.
On some larger installations, it would be advantageous but not essential, if the candidate can also act as a 3rd install team member, adopting a junior installer role providing the team support with site setup, tool handling and general on-site assistance, this will require manual handling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Capture professional photography and video content on installation sites
* Produce engaging visual content for marketing, website, and social media use
* Ensure all visual content is professionally presented, accurately colour-corrected, and ready for use across the website and social media platforms.
* Edit, retouch, and produce high-quality photographs and video content in line with brand guidelines
* Basic video editing and content optimisation for digital marketing use.
Content focus includes:
* Before-and-after transformations
* Unique product features
* The professionalism and attention to detail of the installation team
* Capture client testimonials and feedback in video format where possible
Requirements
* A creative eye and passion for visual storytelling
* Own professional camera and equipment (preferred but not essential)
* Flexible availability, including early starts and late finishes
* Reliable and a strong team player
Additional Responsibilities & Requirements if capable:
* Work safely and collaboratively on-site at all times
* Physically capable and comfortable assisting on installation sites, including handling heavy products
* Willing to support installation tasks such as setup and tool handling
* Comfortable working at height using step ladders
Location & Working Pattern
Our installation team works predominantly across London and within a 25-mile radius of the M25, with occasional projects further afield across the UK.
* Part-time role: approximately 25 hours per week
* Typical working day on site: between 5:30 AM and 5:00 PM, depending on site schedules
* Travel to and from project sites via company van
* Typical working day in office: 8am - 5pm but can be flexible, based in our factory in Broadstairs.
We will be trialling this new role on a temporary basis, with the intention to make this a permanent contract for the right candidate with proven success.
