A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to join our team at our site in Redbridge.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, i.e., 40 hours per week, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
Salary: £22,000 to £27,000 (Dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Raising estimates and liaising with customers to obtain authorisation for repairs.
2. Creating job cards.
3. Communicating service and repair updates.
4. Meeting customers in person, by phone, and email.
5. Communicating with workshop manager and supervisors.
6. Maintaining dealer standards at all times.
7. Ongoing use of manufacturing system.
Ideally, we are looking for:
1. Experience within the motor trade - desirable.
2. Strong administration experience.
3. Organised with excellent attention to detail.
4. Ability to adapt quickly.
5. Positive, proactive approach.
6. Vehicle knowledge – desirable.
