We are Hiring Manufacturing Engineer We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our engineering team. This is a key role focused on developing and improving manufacturing systems, processes, procedures and equipment to maximise safety, quality and delivery while driving down the cost of manufacture. You will play a critical part in ensuring our shop floor operations run efficiently, safely and in line with best practice standards. Key Responsibilities 1) Plan, coordinate and implement the most efficient and cost-effective production methods required to manufacture major sub-components and final assembly of machines. 2) Coordinate with production, engineering and quality assurance departments to establish/implement containment and route cause fixes to manufacturing issues. 3) Implementing best practice standard work on shop floor to improve safety and quality and maximise efficiency. 4) Develop ergonomic processes designed around Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S. 5) Provide support to production department through the Cross Functional Team. 6) New product introduction, design for manufacture reviews, establishing processes, production launch.
