Protocol Education is working with a range of primary schools across Kingswood that are seeking enthusiastic and reliable KS1 Teachers to join their supply pool.

As a KS1 Supply Teacher, you'll play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning while creating engaging and supportive classroom environments where children can thrive.

The role

You will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stage 1 classes
• Follow lesson plans and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Create positive and inclusive learning environments
• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
• Maintain strong classroom management and behaviour expectations
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds UK QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Has recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1
• Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• Is adaptable, organised, and confident working across different schools
• Has excellent classroom management skills
• Is committed to delivering engaging and effective learning experiences

Essential requirements

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
• References covering the last 24 months
• Right to work in the UK
• Overseas police checks for any overseas stays longer than three months within the last five years
