Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct health assessments and employee health screenings
* Manage occupational health cases and management referrals
* Provide clear and practical advice to managers and employees
* Develop workplace health promotion programmes
* Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
* Support businesses with workplace health and safety compliance
* Work closely with management teams across a range of sectors

The Person
* Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with relevant registration
* Previous case management experience
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A caring and professional approach to employee wellbeing
* Good organisational and record-keeping skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
A formal Occupational Health qualification would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
