Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday (14:40 to 17:40)
Contract: Permanent (12 Months Fixed contract)

Job Information
Deliver excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard, meeting all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
Main Duties
1. Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
2. Work within a team and under own initiative.
3. Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
4. Maintain the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness, following the cleaning schedules and SLAs.
5. Ensure all equipment is clean, well maintained, and safe to use.
6. Report any maintenance issues during cleaning tasks.
7. Maintain security protocols, including locking doors and managing lost property.
8. Understand the cleaning area and work specifications.
9. Know all cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals used.
10. Set a good example in dress, behaviour, punctuality, and attendance.
11. Follow safeguarding policies and report concerns.
12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
13. Ensure compliance with security and health and safety policies for contractors and visitors.
14. Build positive relationships with customers, aiming to exceed expectations.
15. Perform any other duties within capability as needed.
