Location: Grimsby
Salary: £120 – £140 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term; Full-Time / Part-Time

You will be guided by experienced educators, and given the tools and space to inspire, challenge, and nurture learners across different key stages.

Main Responsibilities of an Early Career Teacher (ECT):
* Deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Plan, assess, and differentiate to meet pupils’ learning needs
* Create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively
* Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership teams
* Monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessment and reporting
* Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
* Uphold school values and safeguarding procedures consistently
ECT Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) awarded through a recognised training route
* A strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* Passion for teaching and supporting pupil achievement
* Flexibility, resilience, and a willingness to learn
* Updated CV and Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
