Responsibilities
* Command Pl as per Units objectives/ mission.
* Responsible for day to day management of personnel in camp and when deployed.
* Supervise and advise SNCOs and JNCOs in all aspects of professional and personal development.
* Career management of all personnel under their command.
* Monitor all aspects of administration and recommend disciplinary welfare or remedial action to OC.
* Responsible for health safety and welfare of all personnel under command.
* Oversees/contributes to the timely production of comprehensive and accurate recruit report books and MS duties.
* To supervise and administer exercises ranges and DCCT; and produce the requisite associated documentation.
