It’s an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school support staff who want hands-on classroom experience. You don’t need QTS — your confidence, communication skills, and ability to manage a classroom are what matter most. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll take responsibility for whole classes during both short-term and longer staff absences. Your mission: ensure learning continues smoothly and students stay engaged.
