A growing M&E contractor specialising in commercial and industrial projects is looking to recruit an Electrical Designer to join their expanding design team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically qualified designer with experience in building services design who is looking to develop within a supportive and technically focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Producing electrical designs and technical documentation
* Carrying out cable calculations using Amtech ProDesign
* Lighting calculations and luminaire selections using Dialux/Relux
* Supporting tender submissions and design & build projects
* Coordinating drawings with CAD technicians and external designers
* Providing technical support to delivery teams
Requirements
* Previous experience in electrical design within commercial or industrial projects
* Experience using Amtech ProDesign and AutoCAD
* Knowledge of Dialux/Relux
* 18th Edition qualified
* Good understanding of CIBSE guidelines and electrical standards
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
