VANRATH have partnered with one of Northern Ireland's most established family-run car dealerships. The organisation is recruiting a Parts Advisor position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.
Permanent role.
Place of work is Belfast ( Boucher )
Salary
Negotiable + Bonus - Fantastic benefits, company pension scheme, 30 days holidays.
Responsibilities:
1. To serve the customer in a polite and responsible manner and to ensure that payment is made to the Company's requirements and policies at that time
2. Provide a service to the highest standard that customers can trust
3. Undertake the goods inwards and receipting processes, issue of parts to workshop jobs and accurately identify and price parts on electronic vehicle health check.
4. To ensure technicians are served as quickly as possible
5. Parts that require ordering are obtained as quickly and economically as possible
6. Return of warranty parts in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
7. Parts to be properly located as per manufacturer guidelines
8. All stock and orders to be checked against delivery and advice noted and located
The Ideal Candidate:
9. Previous experience within a Franchised Dealership or Motor dealership in a similar position
10. Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
11. Full valid UK driving license
