🧭 The opportunity
As a First Officer on the Embraer E170/E190, you’ll operate one of the most efficient and pilot‑friendly regional jets in service. You’ll work within a highly professional multi‑crew environment, honing your skills across diverse routes while prioritising safety, punctuality, and passenger comfort.
* Partner with the Captain to deliver safe, compliant operations from briefing to shutdown.
* Execute SOPs, apply sound decision‑making, and maintain exceptional situational awareness.
* Communicate clearly with the flight deck, cabin crew, ATC, and ground teams.
* Champion a just culture and continuous improvement mindset across all flight operations.
🧰 What you’ll bring
* Flight time: A minimum of 500 hours total time or 100 route sectors on a Multi‑Pilot Aircraft.
* Licencing: Valid CPL with IR and ME.
* Authority: Hold a UK Part‑FCL licence or hold an EASA licence and meet the UK CAA “Third Country CPL/ATPL licence conversion requirements” (routes 3, 4, 5 or 6).
* Medical: Current Class 1 medical.
* English: ICAO English Level 6.
* Right to work: Able to live and work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not provided.
* Attitude: Professionalism, teamwork, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to safety.
