Location: Somerset
Rate: £35 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting registered and experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a North Somerset-based Child Protection Team.
Job Description:
Promoting and modeling effective working arrangements with mental health services and other voluntary and community partners is crucial to support care-experienced young people. This involves developing a solid understanding of evidence-based practice and integrating best practice models into day-to-day service delivery. Participation in clinical supervision and clinical risk assessment, along with liaising with mental health services across different boroughs or areas, is essential. Additionally, it is important to bring together, develop, and regularly review a multi-agency Pathway Plan with the young person, and proactively work with them to achieve their targets.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving license. Additionally, post-qualified experience and a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work are required.
