Qualifications

* Proven experience in town planning, urban design, or land use planning.
* Strong knowledge of zoning regulations, urban design principles, and sustainable development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
* Proficiency in planning software and GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
