Head of Construction Weymouth, Dorset – Hybrid | £78,000–£85,000 + Bonus + Benefits An established UK engineering organisation is seeking an experienced construction leader to drive operational delivery and strategic growth across its expanding overseas and UK construction programmes. As Head of Construction, you will be responsible for all active construction operations. Your remit will cover project execution, resource planning, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and commercial performance across a diverse and challenging project portfolio. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will also contribute to business development and long-term capability planning.
