The Role
As a Group Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of a data‑led pricing strategy across the Group. You will act as a central point of expertise for pricing insight, helping to ensure pricing decisions are informed, consistent and aligned with market dynamics and organisational strategy.
This is a highly analytical and commercially focused role, combining market intelligence, pricing analytics and stakeholder collaboration to support sustainable growth and margin performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the development and ongoing evolution of a group‑wide pricing framework aligned to business strategy
* Monitoring competitor pricing, market trends and demand signals to provide actionable insights
* Producing analysis on pricing performance, including price sensitivity, revenue mix and margin outcomes
* Contributing to pricing governance by reviewing and assessing proposed pricing changes
* Building and maintaining pricing dashboards, reports and BI outputs
* Partnering with finance, commercial and operational teams to ensure insights are accurate and decision‑ready
* Translating complex data into clear, practical recommendations for stakeholders
* Supporting capacity planning and pricing decisions through robust analysis
* Maintaining a single, consistent view of pricing and market data across the organisation
* Supporting the continuous improvement of pricing tools, models and methodologies
Essential Experience & Skills
* Experience in pricing, analytics, commercial analysis, market intelligence or similar roles
* Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insight
* Experience working with data tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar
* Understanding of pricing principles, revenue drivers and commercial decision‑making
* Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence stakeholders
* Structured, detail‑oriented approach with strong problem‑solving skills
* Experience working cross‑functionally with finance, commercial or operational teams
* Experience in a multi‑site or group organisation
* Exposure to pricing frameworks, governance or market analysis
* Experience working with external data sources or benchmarking
* Familiarity with the education sector or regulated environments
* Degree in a numerate or analytical discipline (e.g. Economics, Finance, Data, Mathematics)
