Job Description

4. Oversee recruitment, retention, and workforce planning processes.
5. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
6. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
7. Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on HR matters.
8. Manage and oversee the implementation of training and development programmes.
9. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.
10. Monitor and manage HR budgets effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of HR should have:
11. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
12. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
13. Experience in leading change management and workforce transformation projects.
14. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies.
15. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
16. A recognised HR qualification or equivalent professional experience.
