New Business Executive
Salary - up to £33,000

We’re partnering with a leading Insurance Broker who are looking for a New Business Executive, you will be responsible for building and developing client portfolios, driving revenue growth through strong relationship management with existing and prospective clients.
The Role:
* Meet and exceed sales targets, taking ownership of personal performance.
* Generate leads and secure new business through proactive outreach.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Underwrite and assess risks before presenting to insurers and authorised signatories.
* Negotiate with insurers and process new policy terms and quotations.
* Develop strategies for business growth and operational improvement.
* Convert enquiries into sales and support the business in meeting revenue goals.
* Support the cross-selling and upselling of additional products and services.
* Handle technical queries from insurers and clients efficiently.
* Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly to all queries.
* Stay up to date with company products, services, and industry changes.
* Attend team meetings and contribute to best practice sharing.
About you:
* Proven experience in sales or customer service.
* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Working towards or open to studying CII qualifications is desirable.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a natural sales flair.
* Excellent listening skills and emotional resilience.
* Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
