Phoenix Medical Group Ltd. is a healthcare innovation and development platform, recognised for championing high standards in traditional medicine and supplying trusted products and services to healthcare professionals across the UK and Europe. We're expanding our commercial team and are seeking a Business Development Executive to work closely with our Business Development Manager, supporting departmental KPIs while helping to build new sales channels and strategic channel partnerships.

What you'll be doing
Working under the Business Development Manager, you will:
* Support the delivery of department KPIs through disciplined pipeline management and sales execution
* Establish and develop sales channels, including identifying, onboarding, and enabling channel partners
* Build and maintain client relationships, providing knowledgeable guidance and high-quality service
* Manage sales administration, including processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records
* Lead and support pitches, product demonstrations, and sales meetings (remote and face-to-face)
* Generate new business through outbound calling, emails, follow-up, and account development
* Identify commercial opportunities and build/own a sales pipeline aligned to targets
* Support NHS tender activity and contribute to account management with major pharmacy chains and UK retailers (e.g., Boots and other national partners)
* Represent Phoenix Medical Group at trade exhibitions, conferences, and client visits as required
What we're looking for
* Experience in a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive (or similar) role
* Strong communication skills—phone, video, and in-person
* Experience supporting or participating in NHS tender projects and working with major retail pharmacy chains (e.g., Boots, LloydsPharmacy, Superdrug)
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Highly motivated, energetic, and comfortable in a target-driven environment
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
* A relationship-builder who enjoys delivering value and creating long-term partnerships
