Key Responsibilities Sample materials and products by reviewing and preparing documentation, preparing the sampling and protective equipment, obtaining the sample, and submitting to the Lab Services testing function under the direction of more senior associates. Repacking or sub dividing RMs/SMs or API based on the internal/external customer requirements. Receive raw materials, product contact and engineering materials into SAP system. Apply labels and lot numbers to identify materials for production and complete applicable documentation. Verify, receive, unpack, and distribute general deliveries to designated locations. Issue batches to production by reviewing control and material safety data sheets, selecting weighing staging the required raw materials, intermediates, and final products, and completing the batch sheet documentation under the direction of more senior associates. Monitor stock by checking storage areas and ensuring containers are in good condition, properly stored and rotated according to FEFO (first expire, first out) principle. Perform and document inventory cycle counts of materials and products as part of the material management function. Assist with shipping activities of test samples up to and including bulk API shipments with either domestic or international destinations. Cleaning activities throughout all warehouse storage areas, such as mopping the warehouse floor, dusting material containers and pallets. Document in cleaning log. Actively pursues the completion of trainings. Participates in opportunities to develop industry relevant warehousing knowledge. Practices compliance with cGMP and safe operations. Use SAP systems to receive and stock parts, counts, picks, and delivers and transfers inventory to various locations. Maintain inventory control and stock warehouse with consumables. Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager. Use forklift and reach truck to move heavy items and stack items on high shelves. Ensures that inventory locations are clearly identified and maintained, and that inventory is continuously aligned with automated inventory records. Able to secure license to operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc. Maintain a neat, orderly, well-organized, and safe working environment for logistics areas based on 5S and OSHA requirements.
