This is a permanent role, with contracts available for up to 37.5 hours per week. We’ll give you full training for our roles and are offering £12.50 per hour/£24,375 per annum with enhanced rates for overtime. A full manual UK licence is required as we have a manual company vehicle used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.
Responsibilities
* Support the Residential Team in Kingstanding, assisting both female and male individuals with a range of complex needs, including sensory loss and learning disabilities.
* Assist with hoisting, personal care, and taking individuals to College and activities outside of the home.
* Drive and accompany individuals to appointments and activities using a company vehicle.
* Work shifts as required: 7:00am–2:30pm, 2:00pm–9:30pm, and a sleep-in shift from 9:15pm–7:15am.
