Job Description
General Administration
* Deliver efficient administrative support forthe Central Team and senior leaders.
* Organise meetings, events, and conferencesincluding resources and logistics.
* Produce high-quality and accurate documents,reports, and communications.
* Support schools with Trust-wide systems andprocesses.
Compliance
* Keep policies, logs, and statutory recordsup to date and shared appropriately.
* Support audits and escalate complianceissues as needed.
Marketing
* Assist with the marketing and branding ofthe Trust in line with current templates and blueprints.
* Promote the Trust through website updates,social media, and newsletters.
Finance
* Support procurement, asset management, andfinancial processes.
* Raise purchase orders, reconcile purchasing cards,and maintain contract registers.
Human Resources
* Generate and prepare letters, contracts andpayroll reports using templates.
* Manage DBS and health checks, ID badges, andexit interviews.
* Maintain the Single Central Record.
Governance
* Oversee Governor Hub administrationincluding annual declarations, attendance, reports, compliance, GIAS updates,and statutory website content.
* Keep governance records and support localacademy committees.
ICT and Systems Management
* Support the rollout and improvement ofTrust-wide systems and cyber security.
* Help create and document streamlined processes.
Working patterns and terms
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Term time + 10 days OR Full Year - let’s talk about what works for you. (We will also consider part time hours from 30 hours per week)

Grade: 8 £28,598 (Based on full time, full year working)

We are looking for someone who has:
* Proven experience working in a varied, fast paced role, working within a busy operational team.
* Experience of providing exceptional administrative and strategic support.
* A proactive attitude to all tasks, demonstrating initiative and meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, being able to support a variety of stakeholders in person, online and through production of high-quality documentation.
