We are recruiting for a Field Product Manager to support our legacy EP portfolio, assisting the field team with operational marketing requirements to ensure the achievement of EP divisional goals across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. What you'll do?
1. Support and maintain marketing activities within agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix, and timelines.
2. Support implementation of marketing campaigns and materials to maximize product adoption.
3. Conduct regular analysis of market data for the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland; monitor and report on activities.
4. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic and operational plans, including tactics.
5. Assist in managing customer events.
6. Support the preparation, targeting, launch, and performance measurement of new products.
7. Gather and evaluate customer satisfaction data, product evaluations, surveys, and opinions.
8. Coordinate with the Education Department and EMEA Product Marketing to ensure visibility and integration of activities.
9. Prepare marketing activity reports and product forecasts.
10. Collaborate with the marketing manager to evaluate and adjust marketing programs as needed.
11. Facilitate cross-divisional interactions to develop and implement optimal solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree educated.
* Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing is preferred but not essential, ideally with prior product management experience.
* Experience in a customer-facing role dealing with HCPs within the EP field, with some sales or commercial exposure.
* Understanding of EP market drivers and environment development.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and media management tools.
* Self-driven and results-oriented.
* Strong data analysis skills and ability to leverage insights.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive planning skills with critical self-assessment.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
* Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time across the region, ideally residing near a major airport.
