Overview


About the client

Accor is a new client for Zenith International, resulting from a recent competitive pitch win. It is a ‘Power of One’ client, comprising the best talent and product offering from agencies across the Publicis Groupe, including creative, production, strategy, technology, and media planning and buying. The win represents a significant commercial opportunity for the agency and will provide a platform for talent to learn, grow, and progress their careers.


About The Role

This role will sit within the Europe and North Africa (ENA) region and will have accountability for delivery across 43 local markets in a centralized regional model.

The Campaign Manager is a key member of the team and works closely with the Operations Director.

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing the smooth delivery of all digital campaigns across global biddable platforms (search, social, programmatic), and support on key strategic operational projects to evolve the day-to-day operational ways of working.

To ensure the smooth delivery of all digital campaigns, the Campaign Manager will be responsible for daily communication across the Zenith International digital Hub teams, the different Publicis Groupe agencies, and the Accor clients, to ensure all Zenith International biddable buyers have all required information to proceed with campaign activation.

The Campaign Manager will oversee all digital biddable campaigns to ensure receipt of digital campaign briefs and Zenith International digital Hub teams deliver timely completion of tactical media plans, campaign setup, quality assurance checks, go-live confirmations, recurring campaign performance reports, and finance tasks.

Responsibilities


About the work

* Digital Campaign Management
o Lead the Campaign Tracker and update the status and next steps of all digital campaigns
o Communicate directly with Zenith International digital Hub biddable buyers to receive updates on campaign status or outstanding tasks
o Manage Publicis Groupe local planning teams to ensure agreed SLAs are being respected through negotiation and education. Identify legitimate emergency campaign requests and work with digital buyers to define suitable timings to deliver
o Timely delivery of end-to-end digital activation, including tactical media planning, campaign setup, QA, go-live confirmations, campaign reporting, and finance
o Proactively communicate with Publicis Groupe campaign planners to ensure timely delivery of briefs, creative assets, tactical media plan, and go-live approvals from clients
o Review and report monthly on the team’s delivery timeliness and accuracy, and identify areas for process improvement
o Lead internal digital campaign status calls with digital biddable buyers, identify delays, and ensure clear steps are taken
o Create process documentation and arrange trainings to ensure effective collaboration
* Strategic Projects
o Support the Operations Director and Digital Hub Lead in identifying and deploying operational improvements
o Review current processes and suggest enhancements to support daily campaign operations
* Team
o Act as the bridge between Zenith digital buyers and Publicis planners
o Support the Operations Director and Digital Hub Lead across all business areas
o Manage day-to-day campaign activities and ensure timely, accurate delivery
o Propose process improvements and support team skill development
o Learn about agency operations and broader media industry trends


Qualifications


What you need to succeed

* Experience in a large agency, ideally in a global role, embracing ambiguity and championing new processes
* Solid experience in digital campaign management or trafficking
* Strong understanding of social, paid search, programmatic, and trafficking processes
* Determination to achieve objectives
* Excellent prioritization, time management, and attention to detail
* Negotiation skills to manage SLAs
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
