Requirements:

* Degree in life sciences, preferably with a Master’s or PhD
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills

* Effective communication and negotiation skills
* Understanding of business operations and financial planning
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
