* Provide in-reach to secure wards and follow up to 30 in-patients prior to discharge, but you will not be the Responsible Clinician (RC) for these patients.
* Offer clinical leadership to the team and act as Responsible Clinician / Clinical Supervisor for the service users in your caseload, who will also have an assigned social supervisor and community psychiatric nurse (CPN).
* Offer community forensic expertise, advise and support to secure ward teams and service users preparing for discharge.
* Provide opportunities to apply for funded sessions or use SPA time for leadership, medical education, research, QI and other linked activities.
* Support professional career development and co-create the job with your interests where possible.
