Job Description
3. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
4. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with machinery and production equipment.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
6. Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report findings to the engineering team.
8. Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
9. Participate in continuous training to stay up-to-date with industry standards and technologies.
10. Provide technical support during shift operations to maintain production targets.
The Successful Applicant
11. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with exposure to engineering processes.
12. HNC/HND in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
13. A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including fault diagnosis and repair.
14. An ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
15. A proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges.
