We’re seeking calm, committed Behaviour Support Assistants to work with pupils across primary and secondary schools in Horsham and the surrounding areas. You’ll provide one‑to‑one support, help pupils regulate their behaviour, and contribute to a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
