Temporary Registered Manager – Chester Location: Based in Chester, covering Chester and the Ellesmere Port area. Contract Type : Interim for a minimum of 12 months Hours: 37.5 hours per week. About the role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and oversee our domiciliary care services across Chester and Ellesmere Port. This temporary position is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality care and ensuring compliance with CQC standards. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting staff teams, maintaining excellent care standards, and ensuring the smooth running of services during this interim period. Key Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership and operational management across Chester and Ellesmere Port. Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, local authority requirements internal quality standards. Promote a positive culture focused on person centered care. Support and mentor staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. Oversee care planning, audits and quality assurance processes. Work closely with senior management to maintain service excellence. About you: Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care ( or equivalent). Previous experience as a Registered Manager (or Deputy Manager ready to step up). Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
