Jayco Recruitment is looking for a strategic and relentless Business Development Manager to spearhead our next phase of growth. We are already a powerhouse in the Industrial and Logistics sectors, but we aren’t stopping there. We need a hunter who can secure high-volume accounts in our core markets while identifying and penetrating brand-new sectors and product lines.
About the Role
This isn’t a \"desk job.\" You will be the face of Jayco Recruitment, out in the field and on the phone, building a pipeline from scratch and converting prospects into long-term partners.
Responsibilities
* New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and win new clients within the Industrial and Logistics space (Warehousing, Manufacturing, Distribution, etc.).
* Market Expansion: Conduct market research to identify \"blue ocean\" opportunities—leading our entry into new sectors (e.g., Tech, Healthcare, or Professional Services) and launching new recruitment products.
* Strategic Onboarding: Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from \"signed contract\" to \"successfully filled roles.\"
* Bids & Tenders: Take the lead on high-value proposals and presentations, showcasing the Jayco value proposition.
* Relationship Management: Build deep, multi-level relationships within target accounts to ensure we are their first-choice partner.
Qualifications
A Proven Closer: You have a demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets within the recruitment industry.

Pay range and compensation package
Pay: £32,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
