Payroll Officer
We are working with a successful company based in Lisburn to recruit for a Payroll Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities
The Payroll Officer will be responsible for:
* Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll, making sure all statutory deductions are processed efficiently
* Keepling up to date with HMRC and pension legislation
* Undertake annual tasks including life assurance and health cash plan renewals, PAYE settlement, P11d submissions, salary reviews and annual leave entitlements.
* Ensuring Time and Attendance System is completed accurately
* Preparing and submitting payroll reports to management for month end
* Updating payroll information such as changes in tax codes
* Handling payroll queries and concerns promptly
* Processing expenses
Qualifications
* 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* Proven experience with payroll software
* Knowledge of HR and Time and Attendance systems
* Strong Excel skills
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
