About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Administrator to join our People Services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy, supportive and customer-focused recruitment function within a further and higher education environment. You will play a key role in delivering an efficient and professional administrative service across the full recruitment lifecycle.
Working at the heart of the team, you will help ensure our processes run smoothly, data is maintained accurately, and candidates receive a high-quality experience from application through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support across the recruitment function
2. Administer the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies and coordinating documentation
3. Maintain accurate recruitment data using the Networx (ATS) system, ensuring compliance and attention to detail
4. Respond to enquiries and provide a professional, helpful service to managers and candidates
5. Arrange meetings and provide administrative and note-taking support where required
6. Produce reports and management information to support recruitment activity and decision-making
7. Support wider HR and recruitment projects, including system improvements and recruitment campaigns
8. Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
9. Assist with agency and temporary staffing administration
10. Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with priority recruitment campaigns and attraction activity as required

You will also need:
16. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
17. Experience using administrative or data systems and producing reports
18. GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
Location
This role is site-based and will be delivered from either Doncaster College or North Lindsey College (Scunthorpe).

Additional Information

Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
