Our learning materials are trusted by millions of teachers, educational institutions, parents, and learners worldwide. They can teach and learn on their own terms, make progress, and achieve their goals. Together, we move English language learning forward. About the Role We are looking for a new Senior Marketing Manager, Assessment (Digital & Social Media Marketing), to help shape and deliver an engaging and effective digital presence for our global assessment portfolio. In this strategic and hands‑on role, you will guide the development and implementation of our digital and social media marketing approach, supporting brand awareness, meaningful audience engagement, and lead generation. You'll work across paid, owned, and earned channels, coordinating digital campaigns and nurturing strong relationships with agencies and partners. You will use data insights to understand performance and continually enhance our digital activity - tracking metrics, identifying opportunities, and sharing clear recommendations to help campaigns thrive. You'll also lead the day‑to‑day management of our learner-focused social channels, creating and curating content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and our blog. With an eye for storytelling and audience needs, you'll help build an active, supportive online community, while contributing to website improvements, SEO/SEM activity, and user‑experience enhancements alongside colleagues in web and UX. Collaboration will be central to your work as you partner with teams across marketing, sales, product, design, and senior leadership. You'll coordinate content development, from briefing creative partners to shaping accessible and engaging copy for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns. You'll also support regional teams, manage timelines and budgets with care, and ensure all activity reflects OUP's tone of voice and values. If you enjoy creative problem‑solving, thoughtful digital communication, and working with a supportive network of colleagues to make a positive impact, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
