Manufacturing Operator
We are looking for an Operations Technician – Process to support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our production facilities. This role is suited to someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in a cGMP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate equipment in compliance with cGMP and SOP requirements; accurately document all activities.
Perform routine testing to support process quality and yield improvements.
Complete planned and unplanned maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records including batch documents, work requests, and requisitions.
Support equipment upgrades, installations, and improvements to operating procedures.
Follow safe operating practices, report EHS incidents, and participate in investigations.
Use process control systems and business tools such as CMMS, Outlook, and SAP.
Maintain required training and take part in ongoing performance and development processes. Qualifications
Experience in a cGMP or regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
