Investment Manager
Our client is a property services partner and consultant to the public sector. The business works closely with Councils and Housing Associations to provide technical property services to deliver land, asset and development projects with social impact. The company creates long‑term partnerships with local authorities and other public and private sector bodies to add value to land and property assets, bringing additional resources, skills, innovative funding solutions and end‑to‑end delivery services to support a wide variety of property transactions and projects.
Based in Surrey, with a national capability through its strategic network of partners, they deliver services to bring forward projects on publicly owned land and assets across the full spectrum of real estate, with an emphasis on creating socio‑economic benefits for both investment partners and the wider community.
As part of planned growth, we are seeking an experienced Investment Manager who has been used to underwriting acquisition reports for investors buying land and housing developments. Prior experience with Housing Associations or development funders, or working with investment funds on behalf of developers, is preferred.
