The job in a nutshell Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard across your section Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety practices Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day operations Contribute to menu development with seasonal and creative ideas Help train and guide junior kitchen staff What we are looking for: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis ready to step up A genuine love of cooking and attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills A calm head under pressure and a drive to continuously improve Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 minimum preferred) Ready to work in a kitchen that runs on trust and talent?
