Join our growing team as a Logistics Coordinator, managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods across the UK, Europe, and beyond. You'll work closely with warehouse, planning, and customer service teams to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries, accurate stock records, and cost-efficient transport solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily UK & international transport operations
* Negotiate with carriers to reduce costs and consolidate shipments
* Optimise delivery routes and maximise vehicle usage
* Monitor KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs)
* Schedule collections and deliveries, liaising with suppliers and customers
* Maintain shipment data and stock accuracy in ERP (NetSuite)
* Prepare export/shipping documentation and track deliveries
About You
* Logistics, transport planning, or supply chain experience
* Strong ERP skills (NetSuite preferred)
* Confident negotiator with analytical & reporting ability
* Excellent communicator, organised, and results-driven
* Knowledge of UK, European & worldwide transport systems
