Key Responsibilities
As a Spa Therapist, you’ll play a key role in delivering a luxury guest experience, with a strong focus on massage:
* Deliver a wide range of treatments, with a high volume of massage therapies including deep tissue
* Provide expert consultations, tailoring treatments and massage techniques to guest needs
* Maintain excellent standards across treatment rooms and spa areas
* Offer aftercare advice and recommend products following treatments
* Ensure exceptional hygiene, presentation, and professionalism at all times
* Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless and relaxing guest journey
