Engineering Manager, Scrum Master, Software Delivery focused. Required to have a previous technical background (SDLC - will have been a software engineer/ developer earlier in their career). Delivery focused and Team Leading / People Management required, c £ 65000 - 75000 + benefits. Remote role with one day a month in the office.
Excellent and varied Engineering Manager role involving software project delivery, line management, scrum mastery and more. To be considered you will have come from a development background but will not be hands on anymore. People / line management is critical (you will be managing a team of 6-9) as are strong software delivery skills.

Working on their SaaS product you will manage a team and enable them to focus on the development of software to external clients. A skilled Scrum Master, you will be software delivery focused and will have people / line management experience.

3. Work with the Product Owner and manage the delivery timescales and scheduling expectations.
