Salary: £26,500 - £28,000 + benefits

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events Coordinator to join a well-established, award-winning boutique events agency delivering live, virtual and hybrid events internationally. Working with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, the agency produces everything from conferences and exhibitions to gala dinners, live broadcasts, product launches and awards ceremonies.
This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and takes pride in delivering exceptional event experiences.
The Role
The Events Coordinator will support the delivery of high-impact, profitable events, working closely with internal teams, clients and third-party suppliers across all stages of event preparation, planning and delivery. The role plays a key part in ensuring client objectives are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities Project Coordination
Ensure all critical project deadlines are met
Support all elements of live and virtual events, including logistics, production & AV, content and exhibitions
Manage delegate registration processes, including websites, apps, invitations and communications
Produce data reports and registration summaries
Source, liaise with and coordinate third-party suppliers
Support Project Managers with the creation and distribution of key project documentation
Attend events on-site as part of the delivery team
Deliver first-class customer service aligned with client objectives
Client Liaison
Attend and document client meetings and site inspections
Assist with preparing event proposals and planning materials
Produce and send registration reports and post-event feedback summaries
Attend client debrief meetings when required
Build a working understanding of client businesses and products
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients at all times
Project Finance
Research, source and negotiate supplier costs
Obtain and manage supplier invoices for approval
Update and track project budgets
Ensure compliance with invoicing and expense procedures
Submit accurate expenses in line with company policy
Company & Team Contribution

Build knowledge of the full range of services offered
Comply with all company and client policies, including data privacy and security
Attend and actively contribute to team meetings
Support other areas of the business as required
Skills & Experience
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Calm, professional approach under pressure
Ability to build effective relationships with clients and suppliers
Proactive, collaborative team player
Keen interest in events and staying up to date with industry trends
Full UK driving licence required
