This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the Environmental agenda on a nationally significant development, supporting the construction of a major UK Nuclear Power Station. As the Senior Environmental Advisor, you will lead the delivery of environmental objectives across the project. Working across both site and office settings, you’ll ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to the project's long-term sustainability ambitions. Key Responsibilities:
* Environmental Support – Provide expert guidance to operational teams on environmental issues and best practices.
* Planning & Management – Develop and maintain site-specific environmental management and sustainability plans.
* Compliance & Coaching – Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and support teams with training and mitigation strategies.
* Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with regulators, clients, and subcontractors.
* Incident Management – Report and investigate environmental incidents in line with procedures, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions.
