We're looking for a bold, compassionate Registered Service Manager to lead a registering solo homes for up to 2 children, supporting one child at a time with 2:1 care.

Qualifications:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent), or currently working towards this.
* Evidence of continued professional development.
Knowledge And Experience
* Experience as an Assistant Manager of a large service with high volumes of support workers, or as a Registered Manager in a multi-home or dual registration setting.
* Proven experience of working with children who present with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
* Knowledge of Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, SCCIF framework and Quality Standards.
* Experience of working in emotionally challenging environments requiring patience and resilience.
* Experience in financial oversight, including budget management and resource planning.
Skills And Abilities
* Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, develop and lead a team.
* Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – to engage effectively with professionals, children, and families.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
* Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
* Confident in IT systems for reporting, care planning and compliance monitoring.
