Due to ever increasing numbers we are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiasticLevel 3 or abovequalified Nursery Practitioner's to join our ambitious team.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 12 months Early Years experience, be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of both the Early Years Foundation Stage and key worker practices, including planning, observation and assessment procedures.
Your role:
* Supporting and extending childrens learning, development and educational outcomes
* Organising and overseeing the planning, implementation and provision of activities
* Carrying out observations and evaluations
* Planning and providing next steps to support childrens development
What you will need:
- A full and relevant Nursery Practitioners / Early Years Educator qualification
- An understanding of the EYFS and key worker systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational and skills
- An understanding of health and safety requirements
