Our client is a leading firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers, renowned for providing proactive, personalised, and forward-thinking support to a wide and varied client base.
We are recruiting for a confident, highly organised, and service-focused Personal Assistant to provide support to senior Partners within a fast-paced professional services environment.
This is a hybrid role, based in North West London offering parking, fantastic benefits and generous holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring professional and responsive communication.
* Manage Partner diaries, coordinating meetings, bookings, and logistics.
* Prepare correspondence and maintain professional communication with clients and service providers.
* Manage the full client onboarding process, including AML checks, engagement letters, clearance letters, and workflow setup.
* Prepare final accounts packs and coordinate client approvals.
* Draft and issue client invoices accurately and on time.
* Liaise with HMRC and Companies House regarding authorisations and queries.
* Maintain accurate records within CCH.
* Support internal workflow updates and team coordination.
* Provide cover for other PAs when required, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience providing support at a senior level within legal or professional services (essential).
* Strong client service focus with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
* Advanced IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience using practice management systems (CCH desirable)
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
