Carr Gomm is a leading social care and community development charity focused on providing immediate and ongoing support tailored to individual needs, ensuring people receive the right help at the right time in their own homes.
The Role of a Relief Support Practitioner:
* Supporting individuals to live independently at home
* Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
* Meal preparation and nutritional support
* Offering emotional support and companionship
* Working proactively to prevent hospital admissions
This role offers a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and nights, providing flexibility to suit different schedules.
Eligibility:
We welcome applications from candidates who already have or can obtain a UK work visa (e.g., dependent visas, ancestry). Proof of eligibility will be required before employment. We do not currently sponsor visas.
