Job Description:
The Administration Clerk provides essential support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting staff and management with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, maintaining records related to inventory and shipments.
Coordinate and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
Communicate with internal teams and external transport, customers and suppliers as required.
Support other staff and/or warehouse functions as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
Greet and check in drivers upon arrival at the warehouse ensuring correct products are loaded.
Schedule collections and transport and ensure loads are collected for onward delivery.
Ensure proper documentation is completed for all inbound shipments.
Maintain logs of deliveries and shipments leaving.
Aiding support to other areas if required or as directed by Management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or warehouse operations type role.
Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience using warehouse or ERP systems (e.g. Mintsoft) is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
