Rate: £12.82 to £14.72 per hour (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are actively recruiting a dedicated SEN Learning Support to join a welcoming school in Gosport.
This role as an SEN Learning Support offers a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, providing the guidance, encouragement, and personalised support they need to thrive academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs, using adaptive techniques to meet individual requirements.
* Collaborate with classroom teachers to deliver tailored support, ensuring each student has the tools to succeed.
* Create a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere that nurtures confidence and personal growth.
* Monitor and celebrate student progress, providing constructive feedback to help students reach their potential.
* Offer additional assistance during breaks and school events, ensuring continuous support beyond the classroom.
* Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment that supports the well-being and development of all students.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in SEN support or a similar educational role is preferred.
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection protocols.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
* Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate varied student needs.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or the willingness to obtain one.
* Passion for supporting students with SEN, helping them to achieve their goals and thrive in their educational journey.
