About the Role About you:
Youre proficient in repetitive order processing with high attention to detail. You are a self-starter, relying on your own initiative to overcome obstacles, and you ensure accuracy of information.
You are computer literate and conversant with Microsoft Office/365, SAP/ERP (and similar systems).

Your day to day:
Youll play a key part in keeping our customer operations running smoothly. Every day, youll work across a variety of customer systems to process orders with accuracy and care, ensuring everything is set up exactly as it should be.
To keep deliveries moving, youll be in regular contact with hauliers and storage providers sharing the right documentation, arranging bookings, and making sure loading schedules and related documents are fully up to date. Your organisation will help ensure products reach customers on time, exactly as promised.
Youll also keep a close eye on demand plans, working with Production Planners to spot any potential stock issues before they become a problem. Your ability to anticipate and communicate will help keep the whole process running efficiently.
As the first point of contact for customer order enquiries, youll handle questions with confidence and investigate any issues that arise. Youll also work closely with the National Account Manager to support individual customer needs, especially where processes or requirements vary.
