A bit about the role…
We're looking for a highly organised and experienced Contracts Manager to join our growing team at Connolly Ltd. This role will oversee multiple refurbishment projects within the Social Housing sector, including works such as roofing, windows and doors, EWI, and other retrofit measures.
You'll be responsible for managing the delivery of contracts from pre-start to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing external works and working closely with clients, residents, and site teams.

What you will be responsible for…
* Overseeing multiple external refurbishment contracts across designated regions
* Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
* Liaising with clients, residents, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships
* Monitoring programme progress, budgets, and health & safety compliance
* Supporting pre-construction planning and mobilisation of new schemes
* Ensuring all works are delivered in line with Connolly's standards and client expectations
* Producing reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders
What we'd like from you…
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the Social Housing sector
* Strong knowledge of external works including roofing, windows, doors, and retrofit measures
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
* SMSTS, First Aid, and relevant construction qualifications
* Full UK driving licence
